MIGHT YOU BE THE SEED THAT BECOMES THOUSAND FLOWERS
An elitist leader influences only three things:
People
An elitist leader hire people who know-how: to persuade, to build consensus, to coach others, smart people with a natural interests in other people. He makes everyone get up in the morning and come to work trying to find a better way of doing things.
Operation
An elitist leader credits employees with more understanding and let them “Take the Lead”, but he also let employees know that they, too, are responsible for the company´s good fortunes – and their own.
Strategy
The elitist leader insists that managers continually calibrate their activities and results against how "to do" strategy: Evaluate the business position based on current performance. Focus, overinvest and overstaff opportunities. Reposition the business based on potential performance.
